How to order
- Select the Contact Lens option or Sunglasses of choice.
- Follow the steps in the check-out page and upload your prescription in the Prescription Upload page.
- Once payment has been completed and you are utilizing insurance forms with the purchase, kindly select the respective form from the Insurance Forms tab.
- Complete and send to us via the “Contact Us” tab. If your insurance provider is not listed you can contact us at 313-2273 or fill the correct form in your possession and upload along with a message in the “Contact Us” tab.

Once your order has been submitted a team member would contact you, firstly via the contact number provided and if needed via your email address to confirm the order, prescription and delivery details.
- Sunglasses and Contact Lenses that are in stock would be prepared for delivery within 2 days.
- Back Ordered Contact Lenses or Sunglasses would be prepared within 2 days of our Office receiving from our supplier. Any delays would be communicated to you within 2 days of our team being informed of such situations.
- All deliveries once shipped from our office will be delivered within 3 days.
- When filling out the address field, please note that the Postal Code for Trinidad & Tobago- 000000.
- For all Bank Transfers, kindly ensure to attach your proof of payment to our “Contact Us” page with your name and invoice number.
- Please note that all Bank Transfers are in "TTD".
Any order cancellations, once communicated by the client via phone call or email within 48 hours of the order being placed or 24 hours after a client has been informed of shipping delays, would be subject to a full refund to the account provided.
