About Us

Visionary Eye Care Providers was established in 2021, by Optometrist Vandana Seedial, whose mission is to effectively contribute to the improvement of the health sector in Trinidad and Tobago by providing patients with thorough eyecare services and superior products.

Vandana Seedial  is an optometrist, registered with the Trinidad and Tobago Optician’s Council and currently operates, Visionary Eye-Care Providers Ltd, her own private practice in San Fernando, Trinidad. She is also the Treasurer for the Trinidad & Tobago Optometrists Association (T.T.O.A.), for the term 2021-2025. Vandana received her BSc. Optometry (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, where she graduated as the ‘Most Outstanding Student’ of the Class of Optometry 2018 and the Valedictorian of the Faculty of Medical Sciences in 2018. Vandana also holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of South Florida, Tampa where she was actively engaged in research and several community outreach programs. Her research experience transcends multiple disciplines ranging from optometric experience, to investigating the change in cognitive abilities under differing stimuli. Vandana aspires to leave a mark in the Optometry profession in Trinidad and Tobago and do her part in providing the best primary eye care to all in our society.
